  Looks like all honest bad reviews were deleted!!! Don’t be fooled!!!! They are offering a prize for reviews so here goes! Honestly disappointed living here. It all started so nice last year and then new management took over and everything started going downhill. Hallways look disgusting and there’s stains from pets peeing all over the floors, there has been multiple times where there has been dog poop sitting in the hallways as well. Some of the elevator rooms smell very strongly of urine. You have to send multiple emails to management to hear back, if at all. They fired all the front desk people so the package/mail room has been a MESS and you sometimes get lucky to get your stuff put in a locker or you have to dig through packages to find yours if it hasn’t been taken. You have to pay extra for “PRIVATE” parking, but the parking gate is constantly broken, it looks as if cars ram through the gate, or it’s just stuck open for anybody to drive in if they wanted. The latest thing that happened was maintenance came to replace our filters and left my apartment door unlocked for HOURS. Now I’m afraid to even put in a maintenance request for anything because they don’t care enough to make sure they secure each apartment they enter knowing it’s empty and no one is home. The apartment itself is nice, but for all the things that happen internally and behind the scenes, it is not worth the cost of living here.

  The coffee bar was recently upgraded with a new organizer to hold cups, lids, creamers, stirrers and other items to go with our 24/7 machine that provides 60 choices of hot drinks. Once you’re inside on our 5 levels of apartments, above 3 levels of covered parking, it’s easy to enjoy life in the center of the Legends shopping and entertainment district.

  Very professional Service easy to work with. I feel like a 21-year-old kid moving into my first department thanks to the staff a fantastic staff at that.
