- TETevin ElliottDec 22, 20252.0I came here to say that me and my family have had an okay experience here. They've been nice enough to be patient when we fall behind. That's about the only nice thing I have to say. Aside from that if you decide to move here you'll be dealing with a few pest and problems such as field mice getting in your apartment and on kitchen counters, roaches here and there, old plug in outlets that don't meet code. Oh and I almost forgot to mention the shower that's also either going to be burning hot or freezing cold when you want to shower. Don't bother saying anything about it because the owner is actually really rude and I'm sure other people would agree. My kitchen light hasn't worked for months and I've said something to Mark twice about it.
