Located in northwest Hays, Kansas, Epworth Towers is an all bills paid, Section 8 income-based senior, mid-rise apartment community for those 55 years of age or better. Featuring 88 one-bedroom apartment homes and 2 two-bedroom apartment homes, featuring central heat and air, oven/range, refrigerator, and double basin sink with garbage disposal, finished with carpet and vinyl flooring throughout. Our onsite amenities include a laundromat, a sunroom on every level, and a community room, where we hold regular events, including Bingo and a monthly health clinic, and a community-wide emergency call system. For our residents' convenience, we have onsite management and maintenance, five days a week with emergency maintenance on-call 24/7.
