  I just wanted to thank the staff at Hunter’s Point, they did a great job keeping everything cleared as much as possible during last week’s big snow! Maintenance guys were out in the dangerous weather clearing the sidewalks! I’ve been here a little over 5 years and have always had great communication with the ladies in the office to the maintenance guys!

  They don’t care about Nothing but collecting rent out here and Beth so rude. I’ve only been living out here for 2 months and don’t look forward to no more months out here.

  Fantastic place to live. We had a 3 bedroom apartment on the third floor. The grounds were always kept up, the maintenance staff always quick and attentive. Overall a very safe and welcoming place to live.

  I have never been treated worse by an apartment complex. First apartment reeked of smoke, second was disgustingly dirty. Don't trust the leasing office or expect them to act in good faith. Buildings are mediocre, you can find better for the price. The location is nice, but very noisy on account of the fire station and post office (which gets overnight deliveries).

  There is severe mold and leaky windows here. The property manager acts nice, but is a horrible person. If you are thinking of moving here look more you cam find better cheaper.
