Okay here's my honest review after being here for about 5 months. When we first applied to live here, we saw how beautiful the apartments were. How magnificent the pool and the gym are, and they are magnificent. I was disappointed that even though we signed up for a first-floor apartment and filled out the form for the first floor apartment we ended up being on the third floor, we applied for the first floor due to me having a disability. When we moved in we had a few new apartment issues (pipes leaking and such), the maintenance man came quickly and he's very kind. I also appreciate as someone who used to clean apartments professionally that the maintenance men come and make sure our filters and stuff are clean regularly. They also give a ton of notice when they're coming into your apartment and that is appreciated. When you're coming home, I hope it's before 4:00pm or you will have to walk a few blocks home, then when it's time to get into the building please know that you will be standing in the cold with your fob held against the door for 45 plus seconds (feels like a very long time in the winter), if you have guests over, just know they will all press the fancy call box and the call will go... nowhere. The call boxes don't work (at least ours doesn't). Management has been very transparent about the company ghosting them after installation which isn't their fault but a little annoying nonetheless. That being said, we really do enjoy living here. It's been a weird mix of loving it and being Frustrated.

Overall, we enjoy living here and feel that for the price, you get a good amount of space compared to many other apartments we toured before moving in. We have a two-bedroom, which has been especially nice for extra storage. The community itself is pleasant, and the gym and pool are great amenities. That said, there are a few downsides worth mentioning. The walls and floors are very thin, and noise travels easily. You can hear people walking, closing doors, and using common spaces, even from different floors. This can make it difficult to sleep at times, especially when neighbors have guests, children, or pets. We chose a third-floor unit to avoid overhead noise, but sound still carries from all directions. While the apartment looks nice overall, there are signs that some of the finishing work was rushed. We noticed things like doors installed incorrectly, large gaps under bathroom doors, leftover tags and nails on the balcony, uneven paint and caulking, and paint on the floors. When we first moved in, the unit also did not seem thoroughly cleaned, and there was a large carpet stain that required multiple cleanings (which maintenance did take care of, but it was inconvenient). A few other things to note: lightbulbs are not replaced by maintenance, and many of ours burned out within the first week. Parking can be difficult depending on the time of day, unless you pay for reserved parking, which is sometimes already sold out near your building. Additionally, while common areas are cleaned regularly, the hallways near some units are often left with crumbs, trash, or debris, which can be frustrating—especially for residents with pets. No apartment is perfect, and overall we like living here, but these are a few things future renters may want to be aware of.

I’m four weeks into my life at E and have been incredibly impressed beginning with my initial tour and every day thereafter. The staff are amazing, the facilities are absolutely top tier, and the layout, amenities and condition of my apartment are beyond what any apartment community in the area could offer. Worth every $.
