I’m leaving this review to document issues I have personally experienced while living at this apartment complex.
First, there has been repeated back-and-forth with management regarding secure door access to the buildings. Despite raising concerns multiple times, the entry systems have remained unreliable, which has negatively affected my sense of safety as a resident.
Second, the complex advertises referral bonuses; however, in my experience, those bonuses were not honored as promised. I attempted to address this directly with management, but the matter remained unresolved. I have documentation stating that that our referral bonus would be applied to November's rent and that never happened. It’s now end of December and I’m waiting to hear about when/ if I will receive it.
Additionally, there was an incident where cat feces and used cat litter were dumped directly onto a sidewalk in a common area. While this occurred once, it was unsanitary and unpleasant, and I was disappointed with how the situation was handled.
I have documentation supporting these concerns and made good-faith efforts to communicate with management before posting publicly. Unfortunately, the lack of resolution has led me to share my experience here.
Based on my experience, there are other housing options in the community that may offer stronger management and more consistent follow-through.
edited to add a follow up. I did get my referral bonus after nonstop bugging them - and showing proof in writing where they said I’d receive it. I suppose 3 months late is better than never.
However I have new issues with “management” who has dismissed me on multiple occasions and now just say “we no longer wish to discuss this with you” when I try to hold them accountable.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE consider how much time you’ll want to devote to making sure you have a safe and secure living environment before leasing at “The E”.

edited again for their response..
Thank you for the reply. I want to clarify a few points for accuracy, as this response does not fully reflect my experience.
While communication did occur in writing, that does not mean the concerns were resolved in a timely or satisfactory manner. For example, the referral bonus was not issued as promised and required repeated follow-ups over several months, despite written confirmation that it would be applied to a specific month’s rent. Ultimately, it was credited only after persistent outreach and providing documentation—approximately three months later.
Regarding building access, repeated reports were made because the issue impacted my sense of safety as a resident, and the back-and-forth extended over time rather than being clearly resolved.
With respect to the sanitation incident, it was absolutely not addressed promptly after the initial report. I first reported the issue on Saturday during business hours, followed up again on Monday, and then again on Tuesday. At that point, I was informed the cleanup had not been fully completed due to the sidewalk being frozen. While the incident may have been isolated, it required multiple follow-ups and remained unresolved for several days, which is why it was included in my review.
Lastly, when attempting to follow up on unresolved or recurring concerns, I was told that management “no longer wished to discuss this,” which felt dismissive rather than solution-oriented. Holding management accountable for documented issues should not be interpreted as unreasonable or inappropriate communication.
I shared my experience after making multiple good-faith efforts to resolve these matters privately. My intent remains to provide an honest account for prospective residents so they can make an informed decision based on how much time and effort they may need to invest in ensuring follow-through on safety and management concerns.

I’m four weeks into my life at E and have been incredibly impressed beginning with my initial tour and every day thereafter. The staff are amazing, the facilities are absolutely top tier, and the layout, amenities and condition of my apartment are beyond what any apartment community in the area could offer. Worth every $.

This is one of the best places I've lived. If I wasn't moving to a different state, would have stayed longer. Management is nice, helpful, responsive, and FAST. Maintenance is also great and very quick. Any minor issues there were able to help and resolve quickly. The apartment value is great for the amount of space you get / in close proximity to many restaurants and Anson plaza. I also didn't really hear noise compared to other apartments I've lived at. Overall, I had a really great experience thanks to the very attentive management !
