- BBBARDec 23, 20251.0Sandy and Seth are a pleasure to work with. Our home got delivered 02/21/2026. We had no foundation yet. Our foundation was poured 02/26/2026. We got a call from our "new" project manager today. He let me know that our new home will need mold remediation. We are one month behind at this time. He stated that "OSB can be submerged for like week. This stuff is amazing." I stated that it needs to be covered to be weatherproof. Choose wisely! Please, Look up reviews for Ryan before choosing them for your investment.

My project manager Jason was amazing and Harold from the warranty department is equally amazing. Things go wrong when building a home. All that matters is that they make it right. Ryan homes did the best thing you can do as a company. They hired the right people. Thanks for doing a great job on my build.

They only cared about what my family needed and what was right and good for us. Not about just selling a home. Which is hard to find these days. Highly highly highly recommend Briar Creek Villas with Sandra Lowe. Her and Jennifer are truly amazing!!!!
