    SECRET NO MORE! This place is a secret that shouldn't be a secret. I was visiting friends and they lived in this place and I was blown away. I went into the office just to inquire about more information and everyone there was kind and friendly. The kind of friendly that reminds you of "Cheers" and everybody knows your name. If I lived in Indiana this is where I would stay without question.

    I must advise potential residents to exercise caution. Having lived here for a year, my family and I have encountered numerous issues from the start to name a few. Jacqueline from the local leasing office frequently fails to respond to emails, requiring persistent follow-ups, as we have requested to speak with Ashley in upper management and yet be in contact. As third-floor residents, we have experienced problems with increasing power bills, which were later found to be caused by the lack of NO insulation in Building 2 an issue that was finally addressed this month after 6months of issues. Also 58 degrees in your unit is not declared an emergency. Furthermore, there is significant road noise from Highway 31 and neighboring units below. I agree with another review that the advertised coffee amenity is often unavailable and lacks cups. The leasing office has had at least four new personnel hired and terminated within the past year. Despite still having over 100 units available, the office staff appears overwhelmed, which is perplexing given the online application process and lack of demand.A lot of the 5-Star reviews 7-8 months ago are from a $25 gift card drawing for reviews. I highly recommend thorough research before making a decision

    I recently had the pleasure of touring your apartment community with a friend and Jacqueline, the property manager, and I was truly impressed. The amenities are outstanding and clearly designed to enhance the overall living experience. Each space is beautifully designed and well maintained. Once my current lease ends, I would definitely consider making this community my next home.

    Seriously, for the amount we're paying for rent here, you'd think they could supply both the coffee AND the cups. I mean, come on! I'm not exactly thinking about bringing my favorite mug with me when I'm taking my dog out for a walk and just want to grab a quick refreshment. It's just lazy and cheap. Like, we're paying premium prices for what exactly? The privilege of BYOC (bring your own cup)? Get it together, management. This isn't some broke college dorm; it's supposed to be a luxury living situation. Do better. ( we love raneta she has been great!)

    This complex has very poor communication skills, and a Manager that has an attitude problem with no sympathy or empathy. We pay a LUXURY price for 0 star service from Staff, no communication, lack of empathy and sympathy to residents. This complex is telling residents by its actions and words that they will enter our apartment whenever they would like to. Sent an email in 11/5 about safety issues and never heard back. Sent another f/u email 11/11 11/13 emailed received from Renata stating an email would be sent out about speeding in the complex. Due to a crash that almost took place. 11/20 rude phone call with management that went no where, had extenuating circumstances that I explained to management and I was interrupted, spoken over, etc. 11/22 renata responded back to my email stating my emails had been forwarded to Jacqueline and would be addressed. Sent another email 12/2 asking why ALL my emails have gone ignored. 12/2 Email received from Jacqueline stating my email was too confusing. (This is a poor excuse as to why I, a PAYING resident have been ignored for a full month. Complex states emails are the fastest way to reach them. This is far from the truth. Jacqueline stated upper management would be in contact with me last week, they never did. We were told that there was an “urgent issue” and HVAC had to come inspect our HVAC closet, yet they said that they would be inspecting the vacant apartments first. I relayed that this didn’t seem like an urgent issue then and again explained I had extenuating circumstances. I asked if there was any way we could have them come out same day or next day. There was no sympathy or empathy from the office, all I got was Jacqueline, an attitude, and spoke over me/interrupted me which set me off. Our fire alarms go off every time we cook. Was told this is normal and nothing else can be done. Move in there was and is drywall stuff all over our patio, outdoor closet, kitchen backsplash, etc Our hot water does not stay hot for more than 15 minutes. I DID fill out a ticket and maintenance said I’m taking too long of shower. Our water bill is a set amount so I’m SURE the complex has a way of hindering how much hot water we get. Notified on a Friday at 4;45 pm that we were not able to use our front door for a week due to them re-surfacing the breezeway.Relayed this would be an issue due to my slider door having a key stuck in it. Previously told this to maintenance and they said I did not have access to lock the slider door anyways. Was then stuck in my apartment until maintenance could come address issue. Notified last minute that the complex was going to be doing random inspections to our building over the course of a 2-3 month time range. They stated they would and could pop in whenever they wanted during business hours. I work from home and this is a MASSIVE issue. The reason we moved here was for peace, privacy, safety and communication. We do have the safety but we do not have privacy, peace, or any communication from the office. Trash does not get picked up here and there, this is a service we pay for that does not get completed when it should. Resulting in animals knocking over our trash and digging through it. Also issues with packages not being delivered, our address/complex not being on google maps. Complex threatening to send our packages back to sender if we do not pick them up ASAP, yet apparently parcel pending has now been moved to an app and we were not made aware of any changes by complex. Attaching photos for still current issues not being addressed. Was told in person by Jacqueline that all my request would solely be handled by Ashley, not the front office staff. Then I received an email from Jacqueline asking me to contact her after I had already walked to office in -11 degree weather and was deferred to Ashley. leading to more confusion. Still going multiple days without responses on my emails regarding safety issues. See more pics below. Do not live here. 🙂 *Not a resident problem that you only have one maintenance tech figure it out.
