I recently had the pleasure of touring your apartment community with a friend and Jacqueline, the property manager, and I was truly impressed. The amenities are outstanding and clearly designed to enhance the overall living experience. Each space is beautifully designed and well maintained.
Once my current lease ends, I would definitely consider making this community my next home.
Seriously, for the amount we're paying for rent here, you'd think they could supply both the coffee AND the cups. I mean, come on! I'm not exactly thinking about bringing my favorite mug with me when I'm taking my dog out for a walk and just want to grab a quick refreshment. It's just lazy and cheap. Like, we're paying premium prices for what exactly? The privilege of BYOC (bring your own cup)? Get it together, management. This isn't some broke college dorm; it's supposed to be a luxury living situation. Do better. ( we love raneta she has been great!)

This complex has very poor communication skills, and a Manager that has an attitude problem with no sympathy or empathy.
We pay a LUXURY price for 0 star service from Staff, no communication, lack of empathy and sympathy to residents. This complex is telling residents by its actions and words that they will enter our apartment whenever they would like to.
Sent an email in 11/5 about safety issues and never heard back.
Sent another f/u email 11/11
11/13 emailed received from Renata stating an email would be sent out about speeding in the complex. Due to a crash that almost took place.
11/20 rude phone call with management that went no where, had extenuating circumstances that I explained to management and I was interrupted, spoken over, etc.
11/22 renata responded back to my email stating my emails had been forwarded to Jacqueline and would be addressed.
Sent another email 12/2 asking why ALL my emails have gone ignored.
12/2 Email received from Jacqueline stating my email was too confusing. (This is a poor excuse as to why I, a PAYING resident have been ignored for a full month. Complex states emails are the fastest way to reach them. This is far from the truth.
Jacqueline stated upper management would be in contact with me last week, they never did.
We were told that there was an “urgent issue” and HVAC had to come inspect our HVAC closet, yet they said that they would be inspecting the vacant apartments first. I relayed that this didn’t seem like an urgent issue then and again explained I had extenuating circumstances, I had a spinal injection done, family member had knee surgery, and another family member was in the ER all within 2-3 days. I asked if there was any way we could have them come out same day or next day. There was no sympathy or empathy from the office, all I got was someone who was rude, had an attitude, and spoke over me/interrupted me which set me off.
Our fire alarms go off every time we cook. And was told this is normal and nothing else can be done.
Upon move in there was and is drywall stuff all over our patio, outdoor close, kitchen backsplash, etc
Our hot water is not that hot and it does not stay hot for more than 15 minutes.
We were notified on a Friday at 4;45 pm that we were not able to use our front door for a week due to them re-surfacing the breezeway. I relayed that this would be an issue due to my slider door having a key stuck in it. Previously told this to maintenance and they said I did not have access to lock the slider door anyways. Was then stuck in my apartment until maintenance could come address issue. (Maintenance has been nothing but kind)
We were notified last minute that the complex was going to be doing random inspections to our building over the course of a 2-3 month time range. They stated they would and could pop in whenever they wanted during business hours. I work from home and this is a MASSIVE issue with me.
The reason we moved here was for peace, privacy, safety and communication. We do have the safety but we do not have privacy, peace, or any communication from the office.
Our trash does not get picked up here and there, this is a service we pay for that does not get completed when it should. As a result of it not being picked up we have had animals knock over our trash and throw it everywhere.
We also have issues with packages not being delivered, our address/complex not being on google maps. Complex threatening to send our packages back to sender if we do not pick them up ASAP, yet apparently parcel pending has now been moved to an app and we were not made aware of any changes by complex.
This complex has VERY poor communication skills, and a manager that has an attitude problem with no sympathy or empathy.
We pay a LUXURY price for 0 star service from Staff and no communication.
I am more than happy to further discuss with anyone in upper management as I have e-mails and time stamps for proof.

I do not recommend this apartment community especially for anyone who lives alone. My experience here has been unsafe, stressful, and extremely poorly managed.
Major Safety Concerns for Anyone Living Alone
The biggest issue in this community is safety. As someone who lives by myself, I have been genuinely scared by the way maintenance operates here.
Recently, a maintenance worker unlocked my door and walked straight into my apartment around 5:30 PM while I was in the middle of presenting in a work meeting. I loudly said “no, do not enter,” but he continued to push the door open, put his foot in the doorway, and came inside anyway. There was no knock, no notice, and he acted like he didn’t understand me telling him “stop” and “no.”
This was terrifying as a woman living alone. It was past business hours and dark. Two men not just one, barging into my home really rattled me. You expect your home to be the one place where you feel safe but I don’t feel safe here at all.
To make things worse, several vacant units have been left unlocked, which has led to squatters living in empty apartments. This creates even more security concerns that management has failed to address.
Unresponsive & Unprofessional Leasing Office
The leasing office regularly ignores emails. I have an email that has gone unanswered for over three weeks. When you walk into the office to get help because they won’t respond, they are rude and dismissive. On top of that, the office is so heavily fragranced that you walk out smelling like it for hours.
Power & Internet Outages Every Storm
Anytime we have a spring or summer storm, the power goes out and when the power goes out, so does the Wi-Fi. This happens almost every storm, sometimes lasting days.
As someone who works from home and travels frequently, I have returned home multiple times to a refrigerator full of spoiled food. Working from home here is extremely unreliable.
I’m heading into my first winter and I am genuinely worried about how often I’ll be without power.
Package & Delivery Problems
The package room lock has been broken for months. For a long time, we couldn’t get into it. Yesterday I noticed it was unlocked, without fob access which isn’t secure.
Amazon drivers often can’t deliver here, and packages frequently get lost, returned, or marked undeliverable.
Maintenance & Apartment Quality
Maintenance routinely ignores requests and shows little respect for residents’ homes or boundaries. Several things in my apartment have been broken since move-in:
exhaust fan that has never worked
bathroom lighting that constantly buzzes
fixtures falling apart
I cannot get the leasing office to respond to these issues.
Unlivable Conditions
Between the frequent outages, lack of communication, broken amenities, safety concerns, squatters, and maintenance barging into units, this place feels truly unlivable. In the summer, days without power make the apartment unbearably hot. I’m extremely nervous about the winter.
Final Recommendation
I cannot recommend this apartment community to anyone especially anyone who lives alone. I have never felt this unsafe in my own home, and management has shown zero urgency in addressing these concerns. For your safety, privacy, and peace of mind, please choose another place to live.
The most friendly staff very accommodating for all your needs! Salt water pool, smoke free grounds and free gym! Say less!
