- FHFarah HFeb 12, 20261.0I contacted customer service, they told me this is “normal” they will ONLY come out ONCE which will be during the 1 year inspection to come fix what they find which is in 3 months from now! Other than that, if this keeps happening I’m on my own!! Purchased the house just 8 months ago barely used and these spots are ALL OVER the place. Backyard is not done correctly and they said I’m responsible for it.

Quality check was not done before delivering the house to customer. If we ask all these questions,the answer that I have received is "this is standard of Pulte".
