No reply from the customer service despite multiple follow-ups 4. Flooding problem in the backyard. 5. Kitchen fixtures i.e. cabinates not done properly. Got saved from a major accident. 6. Sloppy work. Please do a through inspection before moving in. This builders are not at all trustworthy. Spend your hard earned money wisely. Their townhomes are of the worst quality. As I am staying in the neighborhood I can say how quickly in just a couple of months it is getting built.
