  The apartments look great, however in the winter months, we receive electricity bills that are $600+. No one can explain/understand why our bills are so high, and while things have been looked into, nothing effective has been done to bring the bills down. Management now says that those bills are "consistent with similar apartments in the building", so we are expected to pay. If this is normal for the building, and they have no plans to change that, they need to at least warn new residents. I would not recommend living here.

  Very nice apartments in a great location. Management is on top of it when it comes to routine maintenance checks, sending plenty of reminders so you always know whats going on. If you need something checked on, maintenance is very quick with getting in and resolving any issues. For the place itself, accessible and secure parking, nice clean common area/gym, updated apartments with laundry units, and thorough mailroom with package holding are all wonderful amenities!

  Living is here is great! It is in the heart of downtown South Bend so you can’t get any better than that. It smells amazing and the old-school character makes it feel super cozy. So happy I moved here!

  Newly renovated apartments with stainless steel appliances, open concept, washer & dryer, granite counter tops, and many more amenities. Definitely a good find in DTSB.
