Management is on top of it when it comes to routine maintenance checks, sending plenty of reminders so you always know whats going on. If you need something checked on, maintenance is very quick with getting in and resolving any issues. For the place itself, accessible and secure parking, nice clean common area/gym, updated apartments with laundry units, and thorough mailroom with package holding are all wonderful amenities!
