- JJJason JonesJul 30, 20204.0Update: 8/3/2020, talked with Cerra today, very polite, professional, and helpful. Apartments listed online show still available because there hasn't been an approved applicant yet OR they are still processing an applicant for that particular apartment. I'd recommend using their website for reference only, call them to confirm what is and isn't available and when it will become available. Original post: What their website shows as available is different than what is actually available. Received confirmation that the apartment I applied for has been sent to the property manager for approval and that the unit is reserved and has been sent to the property manager. I called to find out the status because I was never contacted, and they said they already rented out the unit. Also when I looked on their website today, most of what is shown as available has already been rented out. The lady that I talked to on the phone was polite and professional, its just disappointing that the website is inaccurate.
