I would NEVER recommend or buy a home with this company again. A terrible experience with Derek Proctor (does anything to get you to buy a house), Aaron Strand (very disrespectful and not empathetic), and Cole Nugent (doesn't care about you). They make the entire process and experience horrible, a true nightmare. I wish we could be released from the contract.
