  I had to find a place quickly in the Plainfield area and my 2nd stop was Apex! After I was given a tour by Tisha, I went and saw other places. Right before the Apex office closed—I got back to Tisha and signed my lease! Not only is the place super cool—pool, hot tub Time Machine, 24 hour gym, and we have TISHA!!!! She is AMAZING!! You can’t beat that! She goes thru everything you need to do and basically will hold your hand. Lauth group is lucky to have her and our community is too! So newcombers—if you’re looking for a great place to live and have cool benefits—come here!

  Highly recommended! All of the staff are super helpful and friendly, and Tisha especially, has gone above and beyond to help me even after we relocated out of the state. The facility is beautiful and the location is very convenient for shopping or running errands.

  This apartment was absolutely amazing from beginning to finish! Very clean, very social, very professional, etc. Many things around to do including in the complex. Maintenance is on point and neighbors are so friendly. My home was amazing all thanks to Tisha!!! Wouldn't have been able to do it without her! Thank you Tisha and thank you Apex! Definitely recommend!

  We had an excellent experience with Apex! From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and efficient. I especially want to highlight the work of Tisha, who went above and beyond to help us. She was incredibly attentive, kind, and patient, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. We are so glad we chose Apex! We are truly grateful.
