Just moved into my new apartment, and the space is great. I've met a few neighbors (mostly their kids haha) and the community seems sweet. The neighborhood is nice, and my location is particularly quiet. There's good walkability, and conveniences are a short drive away. I have a cheaper, non-renovated apartment from this complex, and although there are some dated appliances and a loose cabinet or 2, it is a sizable space, nice layout, and great price for the location. The move-in was a little chaotic. I was sent a registration link after my application was accepted, but was not able to get it signed in time (I had some complications with the date) and the registration expired. Luckily, the manager, Lacia did everything she could to get me moved in on my move-in date. I'm truly grateful for her hard work and dedication. She juggled me and several other people who needed help that day, yet still made time to get me moved in. I witnessed her put out several fires live, including my own haha. Plus she gave me a sweet move in gift once it was all done. I also have to thank Zach, the maintenance personnel, who I'm pretty sure worked late that night to finish up my apartment inspection. I can tell he works hard too for the people of this neighborhood, although he could use a helping hand. The only detractor is they are hard to get on the phone. I tried several times to call the office, but never got any response. After going there personally, I can see why. This is a good team, but a little short staffed.

As soon as my son and I entered the office, Lacia, the office manager, greeted us and was very welcoming. When we discussed our budget and what we were looking for in an apartment, she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of our questions! I’ve read some of the negative reviews, and I honestly don’t understand them because my experience communicating with the office staff has been nothing but positive. This apartment community is clean, and the units are a great size. Thank you, Lacia, for making the process such a pleasant experience!

Zero stars if that were an option. This has been one of the most frustrating rental experiences I’ve ever had. Out of nowhere, unexplained fees started appearing on our account. A random 700$ charge with no description. Then a new rent charge was added after our account had already reflected as paid. Then a late fee was added — and only after that were we contacted about any supposed balance. There was no clear explanation, no itemized breakdown, no proactive communication. Just charges appearing and penalties stacking up. When we tried to resolve it in person, the office was closed during posted business hours. Multiple residents were outside trying to get in. If you’re going to assess late fees, the least you can do is actually be open when your hours say you are. Communication has been inconsistent, billing practices feel arbitrary, and getting a straight answer is nearly impossible. It feels disorganized at best and careless at worst. Tenants deserve transparency and access to management. This place provides neither. Do not live here.
