  The quality just went down more and more each year while the rent increased. Can only choose one internet provider, which frequently goes out. Garbage has piled up. You will see bugs if you live on the first floor, be it in the unit or in the hallway outside. Look elsewhere. Also a bit icky that management is willing to disclose sensitive information in the replies to other reviews. That should tell you a lot.

  The staff went above and beyond to help me get moved in when I had time off work during the holidays! They are helpful and friendly, and really make me feel at home here. Not to mention, I love my apartment! It is spacious and in a great location close to work, yet outside of the busy Evansville traffic. You won't find better apartments in this area, not to mention with a great team running them!

  I have been moved out of the apartments for a while now but I would not recommend it to anyone. Winter of 2022 a big majority of the apartments completely flooded, the sprinkler system busted in the attics above all 3 floors in multiple apartment complexes. They were in unlivable conditions afterwards and all they did was paint over the water stains and sucked up the water off the floors. The amount of mold behind those walls and ceilings have to be insane. It took them 3 months to just paint and that wasn’t even the whole walls it was just over the water marks. They didn’t put a dehumidifier in my apartment so I can guess they didn’t in any of the other ones either, I had my own large one that you would use in a basement and had to dump it multiple times a day for weeks.
