  Would not attempt to do business with them in the future. Attempting to view a listing. Requiring an id before even allowing a viewing. Had them call me. And they hung up midway through the conversation. If this is how they operate when someone it is looking for a place to rent. I can only imagine how they operate once you are a tenant and have problems.

  I recently started working with PMI Michiana, and I’ve had a truly great experience so far. Steve has been especially helpful — always responsive, professional, and willing to take the time to explain things clearly and thoroughly. His friendly and straightforward approach really builds trust, which is so important when you're managing a property from far away. Even though I’m not local, I feel confident knowing my property is in good hands. They’re currently helping me with renovations on my newly purchased property, and once that's complete, they’ll be handling the management as well. It’s been a pleasure working with them so far, and I’m confident that will continue! Highly recommend!
