- KLkk liy5 days ago1.00/10. Been living here since june. Wish i could break lease. Managers are rude and aren’t helpful in the slightest. Everything’s always broken. Refuses to fix potholes in parking lot and now have a busted tire because of the amount of potholes they REFUSE to fix. And to top it off rent is extremely high. Would rate 0 stars if i could.

His gentle, calm demeanor has always been stellar, and he's always willing to assist. Vonda is wonderful, always pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Dianne and Dionne have patiently and kindly helped me work through some issues that occurred. Overall, the staff is easy to work with, right down to cleaning and maintenance, and I have great neighbors. I gave it four stars because I'm disappointed with the overall upkeep of the buildings — they're falling apart. They're poorly and cheaply constructed, using inferior materials. It's not because staff, cleaners, and maintenance workers aren't trying, but because of what they have to work with. Luxury should not be included in the name.

Vonda went above and beyond with showing the apartment again and receiving important documents to have all be finalized. I truly believe Vita found me as a new tenant with amazing people who work here with exceptional kindness. Thank you both again for your professionalism.

James is especially knowledgeable and helpful—he made everything easy and was always happy to answer questions. In the summer, the pool is clean and fun, and the rec room is a great space to relax and enjoy. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to live with great amenities and staff.
