  Tashay McDowell was great when i came in for an apartment viewing. She is very knowledgeable, personable and very engaging. She went over and beyond to ensure that I had all of my questions were answered. And the buildings are very up to date and inviting. Great job Nuvo. I had a great experience because of Ms. McDowell

  The Nuvo team is professionalism at its finest. It took quite a while to get here, and there's still some work to be done on the property, but everything has been well worth the wait and you can tell that there isn't any sense of neglect on the remaining checklist. Fast communication, friendly faces, and great amenities. It's the best place to be in the area.

  We walked in and were immediately greeted with a warm welcome by Tashay. She showed us around the beautiful clubhouse and showed us a few units and gave excellent details about everything. She was well informed and had a great personality. I look forward to hopefully moving there and meeting more welcoming people like her. :)

  To whomever is considering these apartments whatever you do, please do not move here!! From the super thin windows with zero soundproofing or insulation, to the fire alarms going off every morning to the construction team being loud as heck at 7-8 in the morning, to the trash compactor banging because they are not sealing it after throwing trash out, the quality of “Luxury” here is not all they make it out to be. I may just have to break my lease early. I have been in way better non luxury apartments than this. We are paying way too much money at this complex to be dealing with small inconveniences like this. New build with major problems Edit: the fire alarms in building 2 went off, (for the second time and each time was a false alarm) however Merrillville Fire Department wasn’t called to make sure everything was okay? Faulty alarms disrupting the residents quiet enjoyment of the apartment can be used to break a lease correct?
