  I visit my sister who lives in these apartments, after her infusion treatments she is extremely nauseous, everytime I visit her, building C apt 212 constantly leaves the trash out all weekend long. It is truly unacceptable that these people charge people this type of rent and they can't even control trashy tenants... i do not recommend

  I’ve been living here coming up on 2 years and my AC went out over the weekend (during a heat wave). I put in a maintenance request and it was fixed the next day! Living here has been a peaceful and everyone is super nice. Thank you DeAhn and the maintenance team for helping us!

  So first off it’s nothing luxury about this place . Things is always broken. The manager is so rude and a liar . So cares nothing about the people we’ll let me correct myself she cares about who she wants too . It’s no parking structure the visitors can park where ever they want to leaving no room for the people who pay rent here. We have to park in the visitor parking because it’s no more parks, not only that you have a long walk . And they lied and say it’s 55 and up when that’s another lie it’s so many young teenagers that lives here it’s not even funny . This place is very money hungry and it’s far from luxury. How it’s luxury but the units still have carpet . I would give this place no stars If i could . It’s so bad i broke my lease just to move to a better community complex . It’s a lot of people moving because the rent is to highly and things is always broken. This is the worst apartment complex.

  I originally gave vita a very good rating. And I am person that believes you should acknowledge the good and the bad. When I lived here I had nothing but good things to say. However, upon moving out my review has changed. 1st I asked for a walk through tour when I moved out. I was told that they had to wait until I moved out for them to view the apartment. I didn’t think much of it. But now I know why. I was told that I had to pay a cleaning fee even though I cleaned when I moved out. I was told that I had to pay for painting even though the apartment was not newly painted when I moved in over 2 years ago. They claimed I didn’t clean a drawer out so there was a fee for that. I find that hard to believe because I cleaned every drawer out. I will admit that I did not clean the oven prior to moving out but I’m trying to see where over 2,000 in fees come from. The apartment was walked or I was notified about issues 30 days after moving out. Which is the reason I believe that someone should walk with you when you leave to prevent this. I am going to attach the pictures of how the apartment looked when I left and it does not look like I should have to pay almost 2200 worth of “charges”
