  We lived here two years, had multiple DV incidents next door, bugs, mold, the maintenance didn’t replace the air filter and just walks in whenever they want. Also manager trauma dumping about her daughter and granddaughter as we are signing the lease. Overall super unprofessional place, super rude customer service, very glad to be moving on to the next chapter.

  After living here for a year I was pleased up until the ending. Be very wary, as I understand they are under new management and the separation from the apartments was anything but pleasing. We had to leave much quicker than I expected for a promotion at work and had only two weeks to leave. Once we did we were aware we were leaving a bit of a mess that needed a deep cleaning. Nothing too bad as we had taken care of the place but we were aware we would lose some of our deposit. However what I was not expecting was them claiming there was additional damage that there was not. They claimed the microwave was damaged and needing replacement, it was not. They showed us pictures of damage to the microwave that was in no shape, manner or form done by us. They even said two knobs were missing from our stove top which makes absolutely no sense. Instead our entire 2,400$ in deposits was kept and they want to charge an additional 400$ for things that were never wrong with the unit. The 400$ isn't even a big deal its the fact that they had conjured up false problems to present as issues and blamed us. They'll get my deposit and my money, as Im sure is their goal, but theyve certainly lost any and all business I'd ever think of doing with them again.

  We lived in the duplexes of Frontier Drive for over 5 years. There was a lot to enjoy. The townhouse had an open plan that made ti feel spacious. There is a low density of apartments in this circle so it's quiet with low traffic. While there was the typical apartment turnover a number of residents were long term giving a sense of neighborhood. At one point we thought about moving so I didn't have to drive 25 miles each way to work but could not find anything we liked better. Overall an enjoyable experience.
