- MJMackenzie JonesJul 14, 20251.0If I could put zero stars, I would. The previous staff was nice then they switched and they have been nothing but rude. Also, this place seems to think they are able to come in whenever they want without any notice. I do not recommend coming here, especially if you have children.

They made us pay the $240 apllication and holding fee for a duplex we were wanting to rent and made us believe that we had the place on lock. The day directly after we had given all of the applications in and paid the fee, they told us they couldnt rent to us and that we wouldnt get a refund on the holding fee. A holding fee on a duplex they werent going to hold for us. Beyond upset that they made us go through all of that for nothing. Now my growing family and I have to look elsewhere with even less money than we had to start out with to find a new place to rent.
