- HBHeather BattinichOct 15, 20255.0Without a doubt the best place I have ever rented from, and to be honest part of me regrets leaving. If I ever need to rent again, this will be the place. The staff was always so kind and accommodating. Maintenance was always efficient and loved my pets. The rates are great, and this apartment was perfect for me. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are nice. Two beds, two baths, large garage, and an enclosed porch for less than many single bedroom apartments around here. Plus a gym and pool! I miss it. When I decided to buy my house, they made the move out process so easy, and they did not nickel and dime me at all. This place has been so good to me, and I cannot recommend them enough.
- THTeia HJul 28, 20252.0My daughter and her bf recently applied for housing, paying the $160. She was denied based on her bf’s criminal background. Which they were honest about and is a misdemeanor for criminal mischief, falling off in December. Instead of just denying, Devon wasted mine and my mothers time having us apply as co-signers. While I understand my credit is only In the 600s, I have the income. My mom has the best credit and a hefty bank account showing she could make any payments, no problem. Devon took out money, we requested to hear from the property manager on multiple occasions and have yet to hear back. Did I mention her bf makes 5x the rent. She argued fair housing, and I promise you nothing fair was done. Very poor customer service. My daughter is a Purdue student working two job and needing an apartment.

The apartments are really kept up nicely, any maintenance concern we have had has been dealt with immediately and efficiently. We have had amazing communication with the staff with any questions we have had. The complex feels super safe and the price is incredible. We will be moving shortly due to outgrowing our space but we could not leave without saying how amazing our experience has been. The maintenance team had to come and replace our water heater that was leaking while I was in labor, and they were super respectful and very encouraging. Ever since then they have been so kind and helpful when they see me out with my baby (carried my trash to the dumpster once when they saw I was struggling). We love the staff here so much and are so sad to be leaving! We will always be thankful that this was our family’s first home!

Pleasantly surprised by the upgrades - wood flooring, glass cook top, stainless steel appliances and the large balcony with plenty of storage. The grounds are well kept. Location is perfect. Minutes from Purdue, grocery stores, retail and restaurants. Devon and her team are superior! For those of you needing to move to the Lafayette/West Lafayette area; Shenandoah should be your first stop.
