    I had to call twice to have my sink unclogged and it took them 20 minutes before time before their shift ended.

    We have lost hot water 3 times in less then 2 weeks nothing get fixed we have had to make multiple requests on multiple things

    Second time this month my building hasn’t had hot water. Idk who you’re paying for these 5 star reviews, but this is unacceptable. It’s out again. Maintenance request submitted, but it’s a weekend so 🤷🏼‍♂️

    Move in went well, I’ve lived here for a few months now and just transferred. I’d say I like the place, and the staff is nice whenever I interact with them, but not always very organized or the communication is off. I’ll have one person tell me one thing in an email and then someone else will call me and tell me another. Sometimes I have to go through multiple people with different answers before I actually get a clear answer on some things. Again beyond that I’d say my experience here has been fair. Has its small downsides but still good and reasonable.

    Pheasant Run apartments keeps sending me messages about my maintenance request being completed when in fact I’ve been at home sick & no one has come in to do the work. I submitted a request a couple of weeks ago about drafts & cold air coming in through my front living room windows..where I have blankets & towels at now to try and cut back on the air coming in. Well I was told that they were going to order weather stripping to apply to the windows. I waited and still haven’t heard anything back. Submitted another request for my windows to be completed and they sent me a completion of work & this survey so here I am. I also pay for internet which for over a year my service wasn’t even subpar..finally talked to the office property manager and long story short she said if it was found that the service was bad because of them I could get some compensation being that I had been paying for services and it was due to connection issues through their provider. Well they installed a drop line which I had requested 2 months into my tenancy over a year ago they didnt want to do. Blamed everything under the sun but guess what they installed a drop line and my service is great. Still waiting on compensation though for all of the internet outages for over a year’s time. Something would be nice like a free 2 months!
