The apartments are amazing quality for the price, the maintenance staff is always super respectful and helpful, and the office staff is always happy to see me! They never make me feel like a burden or a waste of time when I need something from them. So polite, professional, and welcoming here! Any time I've had any maintenance concerns (because let's face it, ALL apartments eventually have something that needs fixing), they are always SO on the ball and ready to get it taken care of. They really seem to value their tenants here. I can't recommend Hawthorne enough!!!

Great neighborhood for all, seniors to young career professionals and young families. Neighbors are friendly and respectful, children are polite and respectful. I do recommend Hawthorne villas and apartments as a fairly priced lifestyle and convenient to all forms of shopping and recreational needs.
