- TMTomas MujicaNov 5, 20251.0My wife rented out a short-term lease that ended on October 24th, and she made sure to call the office the day before to let them know she was moving out, even they told her to leave the keys inside the apartment. She left on time, but they still charged over $2,500 - claiming the lease automatically renewed because the notice wasn't in writing. Even after explaining that she had called and given notice in good faith, management refused to work with her or show any flexibility. It was really disappointing and felt unfair. So do yourself a favor - don't rent here!

But walking around w my 2 younger grandchild in the afternoon my girl stepped in dog poop at least twice. So I looked at several different buildings and animal feces seems to be a huge problem. We also walked around the pond and had to immediately go to car and spray myself and the children in just a few min of walking near pond had several bites amongst the 3 of us and my friend and was shocked when she said there was no spraying for bugs. I would love to see those things taken care of and it could be an awesome place to live.
