  Don’t bother going to their sales , I drove 90 minutes to go to a sale at 9 am , got there at 8 and the item I wanted was already sold when I arrived at 8 , they should state they are opening the doors as soon as people arrive. Untrustworthy I would not deal with them

  My husband and I are SO happy we decided to go through Laporte Housing Specialists when it comes to building our house. Everyone at LHS is professional and extremely efficient at their job! The house building process can be so stressful but Missy, Bob, Ryan, and Chris made the process so easy for us. I had heard nightmares of the building process from friends who went through other companies and I’m so glad to say that was not the case for us at all! I truly couldn’t imagine wanting to work with a different team. A few reasons why I absolutely love them: they helped to make our vision come to life and also fit it into our budget, they always answer their phones and they keep in contact for every detail, and they answered all of our questions (even the dumb ones lol) with politeness and ease. Not to mention the quality of our home is outstanding! The construction cleaning at the end of the job was done by Aaron and he did an amazing job! Our house was sparkling! If you’re looking to build a modular, I’m telling you Laporte is the way to go. You’ll be in good hands with this amazing group of people who are on top of it!

  I would highly recommend LaPorte Housing Specialist. Everyone that we dealt with there were amazing - Judy, Patrick, Missy & Bob are all top notch. We just recently had another house being built by a contractor and signed on with LaPorte 8 months later for a different house and that house was done before our original house - and we love it more. Also, every sub-contractor that Bob recommended were top notch as well. I wish all my experiences were as good as the one we had with LaPorte. You will not be disappointed if you contract with them.

  La Porte Housing Specialists made building our new home a breeze! Everyone in the office was very helpful, professional, and always took the time to answer questions. When it came to setting the house Ryan, his crew, and the contractors were amazing and worked quick, but efficiently! I would recommend anyone and everyone to build through La Porte Housing Specialists. Thank you Bob, Missy and crew for your hard work and for our dream home!
