  Thank you for the great service on fixing our AC unit. Custodian manager did a fantastic job. AC is working great, nice and cold. Love this community and the staff..

  Here are a few highlights from my few years at this property so far.. Pros: - We're not homeless - 3/2 floorplan Cons: - If a maintenance issue arises that requires more than one visit, good luck getting them back in a timely manner to complete the job. - Had maintenance address a leak from the upstairs unit and they ended up tracking disgusting water all across my carpet. Took them 12+ months to come back and finish sanding and painting the ceiling. - Maintenance swapped out my washing machine and let the water hose drain from the laundry room to the front door...didn't clean/dry their mess up. - Office staff will "get back with you" on issues and weeks later you will inevitably have to follow up yourself...and likely get the same promise again. - You're charged a mandatory trash fee for someone to pick up trash from your front door 5 days a week. Sounds like an awesome service right...except that we drive by at least two dumpsters EVERY TIME WE LEAVE. - When renewing your lease on the property portal, good luck. When I brought up a charge in my renewal that I shouldn't be assessed I was told, "doesn't apply to you and you don't need to worry about it. I can email you that so you have it." Yeah, still don't have that email. - The kiddy pool hasn't been open since I moved in 5 years ago. - One of the saunas still doesn't work. - Rent has gone up consistently yet my unit and most of the common areas continue to remain the exact same without improvements or upgrades. - When I put in a maintenance request and specify a date for maintenance to enter, they show up whenever...I appreciate the prompt response, but why give me the option to give those instructions if they ultimately don't matter?! - I have a renters insurance policy on file that expires next year, yet still have to pay a fee for the complex to cover my unit and go out of my way to reimburse me...and with the above issues with communication and follow through, I doubt this will be easy or efficient. - The lights in the gym area either won't come on or all won't come on and stay on at the same time...so good luck ever seeing what you're shooting at or what's coming at you. - The basketball court has two posts and one backboard/hoop. - Had maintenance come and address an issue in my bathroom that required painting and they left paint splatters in the shower and on the floor. I understand mistakes happen, prices go up and expectations differ between tenants and management. But it's the recurring issues, lack of improvements vs increasing rent and general lack of respect for my home that are most frustrating.
