  I live in Jefferson crossing the management n matience is terrible there scammers n don't do no property but trash pick up n that sometimes the charge you for everything blinds are 50$ a blind there's a charge for everything Jessica Holloway doesn't communicate no property manager no laundry they are very ridiculous n wild good luck they charge ppl different rent prices don't make a difference bout income over charging residents for rent

  The military is relocating our family, and my husband took a last minute trip to view some rental properties we found on Zillow. Jennelle with CRM was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. Realizing our short timeframe, she very quickly established viewings as well as second looks for homes we were considering. She was extremely responsive to any questions we had about the properties, neighborhoods, fees, lease terms, etc. She went above and beyond to assist us, and we are grateful for her help!

  Austin with CRM has been very helpful with getting the tenants fixed with any issues that comes along. Austin has great message and call returns when needed. Megan and Emily have been really great to work with on the rehab side of CRM Property's. Lilly and Emely are a big of keeping everything in order with Tenants and vendors. Minerva and David who work Tec support also have a big role of keeping everything in order with CRM...A big shout out with all persons mentioned share a big role in keeping a company running smoothly. Also there are others not mentioned that play there part in this process. Thank you and it's been really great to work with CRM.
