  We had an unexpected life change happen forcing us to move in a 30 day time span. We contacted CRM for a rental and Jennelle was the one who took us on and she was awesome. She made the process super easy. It took her about 12 days from start to finish to have us ready for move in. She kept is contact with my wife and I the whole time. Couldn't be happier with CRM currently and it's all because on Jennelle.

  Absolute worst landlord or company I’ve ever rented with. I would give this place zero stars if I could. Living here was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The property I rented is plagued with black mold that management either ignores or tries to downplay, despite clear health concerns. Maintenance requests for serious issues—like faulty plumbing—are either delayed for weeks or “fixed” with temporary, careless solutions that don’t actually resolve anything. On top of that, their business practices are incredibly questionable. Tenants are pressured into purchasing what is presented as “required insurance,” only to later realize it offers little to no real protection. It feels intentionally misleading, like a cash grab disguised as a policy. The worst part comes after you move out. Expect to be hit with inflated, borderline fabricated damage claims clearly designed to squeeze more money out of you. It doesn’t matter how well you maintain the unit—you’ll still find yourself fighting charges that make no sense. This company does not prioritize tenant safety, honesty, or basic professionalism. Renters deserve better than being ignored, misled, and taken advantage of. Stay far away.

  Horrible company. Will never rent from these people ever again. They don't actually fix issues that come up and have flat-out refused to exterminate pests that are on their properties prior to tenants moving in. We have had an ant problem inside our house since we very first moved in and the only thing we were told by the maintaince staff was that it would be impossible to remove them all and that we should just, "live with the ants". Yeah, and I'm sure that these guys wouldn't just "live with the ants" if they were in their homes. We also went without a refrigerator for weeks because ours went out and the company was just so annoyed at us for having the audacity to request a new fridge. Hundreds of dollars in food completely wasted. Of course though, they want to charge astronomically prices for rent and pet fees despite their properties being old and dilapidated and with numerous issues. They're also the first property management company that I've ever had physically come into my house to spy on us. Their so-called, "inspections" felt very invasive and like they don't trust us to take care of the property. Never had any other landlord in my life come into my house to inspect it while I was living there. Don't trust the good reviews for this company. CRM will treat you like gold all up until you're actually a resident, and then pressure you into leaving good reviews right as soon as you move in so as to not give you enough time to see how lousy of a company they are. They also try to pressure you to hurry up with your self-inspections so as to not give you enough time to find all the things wrong with their properties. The woman at the front desk wouldn't give me my key until my move-in self-inspection was completed, which took me over two hours despite her saying that it should only take 10 mins. In reality, it would've taken me all day if I had actually identified every single problem the property had in the beginning. Literally everyday since then, we have found new issues with this place, and I guarantee that they're probably going to try to come back and blame us for all of them just so they can keep our deposit. We just re-signed our lease but I'm seriously thinking about breaking it and getting out of here. These people are the absolute worst property management company I've ever dealt with. Stay away, even if you're desperate. These people are not worth dealing with.
