The community is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The amenities looked great and added a lot of appeal. Shane was especially helpful—friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure. It made the whole experience feel comfortable and easy. Definitely a top contender in my search!

The grounds are very well maintained and always look clean, and the pool is beautiful. Shane went above and beyond by far the most helpful community manager we’ve had the pleasure of working with during this apartment hunting journey we’ve been on. (He was also pretty funny) Highly recommend!

Despite multiple attempts to contact the property manager, including leaving voicemails and speaking with an office representative who assured me that Angela would contact me the same day, I have not received a response. As a long-term resident since the complex’s inception, I observed a noticeable change in the management’s attitude after I informed them of my decision to terminate my lease. Additionally, I was unexpectedly charged a carpet cleaning fee, which was not included in the lease agreement. The apartment was left immaculate, and I only had carpet in one room. Furthermore, I encountered recurring parking difficulties, as I frequently found it challenging to park near my residence or access the amenities, particularly the pool and gym, due to overcrowding with large groups of individuals.
