  I cannot wait for my lease to end, I hate living here, unfortunately for me I was relocating from another state so I didn’t get the chance to actually tour, everything was online, but from the minute I moved I regretted, there’s trash all around the complex, there’s no speed limit signs so people are speeding, which is a huge safety concern, the lighting are poor in the town houses, you need to buy light for every room, living and dinning room. There’s no lock box to drop off packages, no security, my packages were stolen, maintenance respond fast but they don’t actually fix anything, I was lockout of my town house and called emergency maintenance to open my door and was told they don’t provide that service for Wyckford ct Apts. They only have one tiny vents in the rooms which do not provide adequate cooling/heating, we had to buy fans for all 3 rooms to stay cool in the rooms, I’m worried because winter is coming so I know for a fact it will be cold upstairs, downstairs have 3 vents so it’s ok. No grace period to pay rent, after the 1st of the month you’re charged a $50 late fee, needless to say I will not recommend!!!!!!

  Good looking, recently renovated apartments. Have to give a bad review though because no matter how nice these apartments are, it’ll never outweigh how badly the maintenance team here is treating us. The fan in our AC unit went out a couple weeks ago and we reported it to maintenance, they came to “fix it” a couple days later. They got the fan going again but did such a poor job, the whole entire AC unit was shaking and wobbling out of control and making noises so loud it could be heard from the other side of the building. Immediately reported the same day, told them it’s going to self destruct if not fixed very soon and I even texted them videos of what it was doing. Four days later it still has not been fixed and it shook itself until the Freon line to the radiator snapped off. We’ve currently been completely without AC now for two days and the outside temperature has been in the 90’s. I pay almost $900 a month for a 1 bedroom and this is how we’re being treated.
