- TTtgeo geo (tgeo)Mar 15, 20261.0Been here for about 2 years and. if your thinking about moving here DO NOT i’m writing an honest review so you know these apartments are old very old and it needs to be upgraded sink leakages, the water gets cold fast and does not stay hot for long the maintenance is not good and there’s not much room in the apartments either i mean their small no space at all and there’s no leisure in the apartments either the park is very small i mean all u can really do is walk around and not to mention the lack of modernness in these apartment it’s like their stuck in the 2000s which may seem like a good thing it’s not it’s very old and it’s in need of being upgraded but overall please take my advice and DO NOT move here it’s horrible, old, maintenance is pretty bad, and not to mention again the water gets cold fast be in the shower for like 5 minutes and there goes the hot water i don’t like it. but don’t move here please don’t i’m telling u your gonna regret it and all these other reviews are not being honest like i am these apartments are genuinely terrible and i honestly they think they need to be torn down or upgraded torn down is the best option but DONT MOVE HERE IM TELLING U!!!

I couldn’t wait any longer lol I had to come see a unit and Threece was a doll, she was very helpful with explaining the difference between the unit im interested in and the one she had available to show me! I just pray that when my time come there’s an available unit! I’ve never lived east nor am I from Indianapolis but I’m trusting God! Thank you for such great hospitality both Shanelle and Threece and for being honest and just flat out real!
