  Really bad place to rent I don’t recommend it I have had a bad experience.. unless you would be ready to pest(cockroaches) also don’t try to move because they are gonna charge u like 3 months of rent to let u go

  A Truly Caring Property Manager Ms. Kendra is hands-down one of the best property managers I have ever had. She genuinely cares about the families who live here, especially our children. You can always count on her to go above and beyond, not because it’s her job, but because she truly wants to make our community a loving place. She organizes engaging events that bring us together and give us a real opportunity to connect with our neighbors. These gatherings have helped create a warm, welcoming environment that feels more like family than just a place to live. It’s rare to find someone who takes the time to build community the way she does. What I appreciate most is that she is real—no faking the funk. Her kindness, patience, and genuine concern for the people here shine through in everything she does. Thank you, Ms. Kendra, for all your hard work, love, and dedication.   The staff here is top notched! Bruce and Joel are real sweethearts, always kind. The work they do is impressive! Bruce is like family! But it's Anna for me! When I tell you this woman goes above and beyond everytime! She's ALWAYS polite and professional. At least that's been my experience. If theres anything that needs to be done if I'm for some reason unable to reach maintenance Anna is on it! I've been a resident here about 11 years, seen a lot of employees come and go. I was sooo glad to hear that even though she's was promoted cooperate, she still has a roll here. Ok those are the pros. Honestly if it weren't for them I'd have moved by now. I will truly miss them when I leave. The cons,,,well, there are a few. But they make up for them

  We received a very thorough and informative tour from Anna in the leasing office. We were shown an empty apartment which gave us the imagination to place our furnishings in the apartment.

  Employees were very helpful and respectful. The woman took her time explaining everything! Very nice!
