  Overall my experience being a resident at Summit at Keystone has been a positive experience. The neighborhood seems pretty safe and quiet. They’ve responded in a timely manner to maintenance issues and the leasing office staff are polite and helpful.

  I honestly don’t even know where to begin. I recently visited a friend at Summit at Keystone apartments, and what I experienced was absolutely unacceptable. The hall bathroom in her unit was completely backed up — and I don’t mean a minor issue. It was fully unusable & unsanitary, with water and waste not draining properly. The smell alone was enough to make you want to leave immediately. As a visitor, I was shocked. I can’t even imagine living there and dealing with that. What made it worse was how management/maintenance handled it. Maintenance was called, and instead of treating it like the urgent health and sanitation issue it clearly is, they casually said nothing could be done until the next day. They mentioned a plumber would have to come out, but couldn’t even give a timeframe for when — basically leaving my friend stuck with a non-functioning, unsanitary bathroom overnight. Then maintenance sent the water sucking people out to get the water up. I stopped by the next morning and the water was all in her living room. It (the toilet) ran all night at the base so it traveled like the flood it was. No one came out at least by 9 am. She had to call maintenance again the following morning. So let me get this straight — residents are expected to just live with a backed-up bathroom (and everything that comes with it) for an unknown amount of time? That’s not just inconvenient, it’s completely unacceptable and borderline unsafe as well as unsanitary.
