  We have lived here since April 2022 in a 3 bedroom townhome and really haven’t had any issues. Anything that did come up was resolved quickly. Staff is friendly and kind. Kayleigh has been around since the beginning of the new ownership and she’s been awesome! Rent has been very affordable considering other places in the area and you get a full basement as well which is unheard of around here. I’ve never experienced issues with mold or pests or anything like others have experienced and I’ve been in two different townhomes. Both were updated too. If we weren’t moving out of state we would have renewed our lease again.

  Great place to live. Lori and Kayleigh are so helpful, they even remember my dog's name and offer him snacks every time we visit.

  Southport at Buck Creek has been a great place to call home. The community is well-maintained, and the grounds always look clean and inviting. The floor plans are spacious and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light and storage. What really stands out is the team-they're responsive, professional, and genuinely care about the residents. Any maintenance requests I've had were handled quickly and done right the first time. The location is also a big plus-convenient to everything you need while still feeling tucked away and peaceful. Overall, it's a comfortable, well-run community with a team that takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend!

  I had a great experience at Southport @ Buck Creek Apartments. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and responsive.

  I love living at Southport! Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner and the office staff is always welcoming. The pool and gym are great.
