  Having lived in several rentals over the years, I can easily say this is the best one yet. Modern Living & Maintenance The apartments are so high-end and modern that issues rarely arise. On the rare occasion that something does need fixing, the maintenance team is incredibly fast and efficient at resolving the problem. Management & Staff The front office team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure residents are taken care of. Tiffany, in particular, is a standout and makes the living experience even better. Top-Tier Amenities The gym is easily the highlight of the property. It is so well-equipped that you can officially cancel your outside gym membership and save the extra money. Prime Location The convenience here is hard to beat. You’re minutes away from everything you need - fast food or fine dining restaurants, grocery stores or major wholesale clubs. One Minor Note There is a preventative maintenance check roughly every other month, which can be a little annoying. But they have a great product and you can’t blame them for protecting it.

  We have came to see an apartment we got dried on the front door the lady saw us waiting on the door and not even opened on a snowy day, after 20 minutes she walked by and opened the door, and asked if we had an appointment. We explained that we doing an emergency service so we can’t schedule so we walked by, but she didn’t gave us any information and just told us to leave and set up an appointment. We explained that we just trying to get a little bit of information about the complex, but she wasn’t willing to help.

  Moved in a few months ago and I couldn’t say one bad thing! The staff is incredible and truly cares. The amenities are wonderful as well!

  Over the last few years, this apartment complex has declined significantly. What once felt comfortable and relatively peaceful has turned into an environment that feels chaotic and poorly managed. There are ongoing issues with disruptive behavior from certain residents. The hallways frequently smell like marijuana or accumulated trash, depending on the day. There’s a noticeable lack of enforcement when it comes to community standards, which affects the overall quality of living here. The one consistent positive has been Tiffany in the office and the maintenance team, especially Javier. They genuinely go above and beyond to address concerns and try to improve residents’ experiences. Their professionalism and effort are appreciated, even though many of the broader issues seem beyond their control. Recently, rent prices have dropped, likely due to low occupancy. While affordability can be a positive, it appears management has not been screening or maintaining standards in a way that protects the community atmosphere. As a result, the environment has become less peaceful and more disruptive over time. Summertime at the pool is particularly frustrating. Community rules are not enforced, and residents regularly smoke cigarettes and marijuana in shared spaces. This creates an uncomfortable experience for those who expect a clean, friendly, and respectful environment. Overall, the lack of enforcement, cleanliness, and consistent community standards has made this complex feel far different from what it once was. I would encourage prospective renters to carefully consider these factors before signing a lease.
