  This property is at 6860 West Stansbury Boulevard in McCordsville Indiana this company refuses to take care of this house we talked to the people that lived in it before and they were forced to move out because of mold in the house making their children sick not to mention all the rotting wood on the exterior of the property the grass not being cut or maintained to the HOA standard the garage door that's been ran into and not repaired this is dropping property values in the neighborhood this company owns several homes in the neighborhood and all of them look bad stay away from this company

  I rarely leave reviews, but this needs to be said. My family and I have now been without heat for over 48 hours, with five children in the home. I spent the entire day calling for help, only to find out that my work order was sent to a third-party contractor without my knowledge. I was then told that I needed to contact them myself—which makes no sense as a tenant. That is not my responsibility. When I asked for emergency accommodations due to the freezing conditions, I was told I had a $350 “credit,” but no actual assistance was provided upfront. As a single parent trying to make ends meet, I do not have extra money lying around for a hotel while waiting to be reimbursed. This is not an isolated issue. The property has ongoing plumbing, wiring, and leak problems that have been reported multiple times over the past two years, with little to no resolution. No tenant—especially with children—should have to sit in a cold home for days while being passed around and given the runaround. This experience has been extremely stressful and unacceptable. If you are considering renting here, please do your research and be aware of how maintenance emergencies are handled.

I’m loving the new experience. Customer service team is very helpful, friendly and polite.Ms. Keyon was my representative . She helped me with every step ensuring me. That everything will be alright.. Ms. Keyon help me put service orders in through the smart app . I’m forever grateful for Progress Residential smart homes .Thank you for my New beginning I’m a Brest cancer survivor. God gave me a new start.
