  I am a resident in this wonderful Community. I am truly satisfied with my Apartment Ms. Brittney is so pleasant to me and my needs. Ms. Brittney is always available for me when needed.

  YOU HAVE TO CLICK ON MY NAME THEN CLICK PHOTOS OPTION TO SEE PICTURES Worst place ever!! Don't be fooled by a pretty exterior/interior. Everything that glitters is not gold! Lived here for 2 years never made a late rent payment and was a good tenant. I would go a week or more at a time with no air conditioning and frozen pipes into the walls. The upstairs to my townhouse was over 100 degrees multiple times and the office's response was always "you are not the only person we have to help -- wait your turn", meanwhile my kids could not even stay at home due to the pathetic living conditions. Toilets constantly overflowed or were clogged due to the poor plumbing in the building making them non usable and unhealthy. Lived with a hole in my ceiling of my townhouse for months after dirty toilet/shower water leaked all over my new furniture which they barely cleaned after constant complaints (tried to attach video of leaking on furniture). I wish I would have called the board of health. I got my car towed, parked right in front of my townhouse due to a "new policy" that required stickers in windshields of residents cars which they said was sent in email but was never mentioned the numerous times I was in the office prior to the incident. This not only made my kids late to school but cost me $150 to get my car out of impound, (tough being a single mother) then they discontinued the policy shortly after!!! They repaired screens with duct tape, people constantly smoking pot on porches, and the day I moved in drawers were missing form kitchen and the townhouse was a mess. The water was shut off for 4 plus hours at a time multiple times a week and the water out of the facets was nothing you should be drinking or cooking with. I could go on and on but my point is don't move in!!! A shiny new exterior/interior does not change the fact they do not have enough maintaince men to keep up so tenants pay the price, the bones of the place are still the same broken down bones, and they will rip you off at any chance they can. They do not care about their tenants at all. ** Just a few photos attached so people know I am not exaggerating or making things up **

  I would not recommend anyone to move here! I moved into my town home In February. The second day my apt flooded. It is now July and nothing still has been fixed in my apt. The office is horrible at getting things done and the Maintain only fixes emergency issues( while they only have two maintaince men). I Will not renew my lease. I am keeping notes and taking pictures. Horrible place to live and on top of that someone ran sacked my car. I am about to report them to several agencies and the state. Smh
