  I’ve been here for four years. I love it here, but they need to hold the dog owners more accountable with picking up after their pets. The back of the building has an entrance that I sometimes use as it’s closer to my door and I’ve stepped in dog feces twice. I’ve personally went to the office to tell them and ask they did was send out an email. Until people start getting fined they won’t care. No one wants to step in that stuff. I pay rent here as well. Other than that major inconvenience the place is really nice and quiet. No one bothers anyone and my packages are never stolen. The apartment has good storage. I like the gym and there’s always parking! If you guys can just please create a system to fix this issue I’m sure the other residents and I who don’t have pets would greatly appreciate it.

  Erin and Kayla are truly awesome! I had a great tour and was so happy with them. The community was super clean and the residents I met were so nice. Def. Applying!

  Lighthouse Landings clubhouse has become a top choice to host parties for my family and friends. Erin, Kathy and Kayla make the process easy and convenient. Any time I have to go into the office or clubhouse, I enjoy talking to them. They are a fun group of people!

  Visited the clubhouse to see about an apartment recently and Erin was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind and informative about everything I asked and inquired about. She definitely knows what shes doing. Go see her if youre looking for a new place to call home!

  I can personally say that Kayla the assistant manager will not let you down. She goes above the standards and does way more than acknowledged for.
