  Jess and her team at Flipside just cleared out a never ending amount of “collections” in my father’s house. It was a massive undertaking which I could never have accomplished alone. They swooped in, got everything organized, making it all presentable and sellable. They didn’t do this just once, but twice, due to the amount of stuff! I couldn’t be more grateful. What a remarkable team.

  I recently worked with Jess and her incredible team at Flipside Estates to prepare my parent’s home of 40 years to sell. The house was very large and full of a lifetime of treasures and “stuff”. After my parent’s passed away, I was overwhelmed with this daunting task. I was lucky to find Flipside Estates and could not have achieved this so seamlessly without them. Jess is professional and knowledgeable about furniture and all other items, old and new. She was also so respectful of the home and its contents. They did all of the preparations for the sale, which was a 3 day event. After a very successful weekend, she and her team made any necessary donations, kept some items for consignment, cleared the house of all other items, and had a crew come in to do a deep cleaning. She does a wonderful job advertising, as there was a line of 200 people before opening the first morning. They were able to manage the numbers with a sign up sheet, only allowing a fixed number in at one time. I could go on and on and still can’t thank them enough for making a difficult situation as easy as it possibly could have been. It was the best decision I have made!

  My grandmother passed away with a large house full of stuff. My family tried clearing things out over time but we never felt we'd be able to clear it all out. A year in, we talked to Jess about an estate sale. In just a few days she had a chaotic house completely organized and staged for a sale, priced out, and posted for marketing online. We were really unsure what to expect from the sale, but we were VERY pleasantly surprised with how much was sold. The effort required to work with Flipside on our part was practically zero. They handled everything from start to finish. Could not recommend Jess and Flipside more. Such a great experience!

  Speaking as purely a shopper thats been attending their sales since day one. They (and really anyone in this line of work) put up with a lot of bs from people and often I don’t see how they do it but they always handle it so well. Sometimes I get ‘annoyed’ by how popular they and their sales are cause of the amount of people that show up 😝 but thats just shows you how good they are at what they do.

  Jess is so lovely to work with. We needed to majorly downsize ahead of an international move and I was so overwhelmed. Jess came in and took care of everything so we could focus on all the other details. I was nervous about not having antiques or particularly unique home goods, but Jess was very kind and happy to work with us. She managed everything so well even after we'd left the country. Highly recommend her services.
