Do not rent here they hide reviews and they will mislead you i can't even upload photos to show potential residents how they gave us the apartment at move in. I left the apartment so clean and still they kept deposit because I signed a 3 month lease and decided not to extend because of how we had aomany maintenance issues and roof caved in

This place is honestly a scam DO NOT RENT HERE YOU WILL BE UNHAPPY!!! I signed a 3-month lease, but they required a 60-day move-out notice. That means only 30 days after moving in, I had to already decide if I was leaving and submit notice. That makes no sense and feels very misleading. The staff also seems to be hired through staffing agencies, and it shows. No one takes accountability and it feels like all they care about is taking your money and keeping your deposit. During my tour, I was shown a clean, nice unit and I specifically asked if that was the exact apartment I would be moving into. They said yes. However, when I got my keys, it was a completely different unit. I tried to be understanding at first, but once I walked in, it was very disappointing—dust everywhere, spider webs, and the only thing that looked “new” was carpet. About two and a half weeks later, part of the ceiling/roof literally caved in causing fear trauma to my daughter. I had just come back from vacation and reported it immediately, but management took their time to respond. There was also clear water damage and leaks that looked like they had just been painted over to cover it up. The office is very unorganized and never seems to know what’s going on. One staff member, Cami, was kind and told me I could submit my move-out notice in person since I wasn’t happy with the unit or area. Later, I was charged for “insufficient notice” anyway, forced to pay additional fees, and they kept my deposit. When I called to question it, they said Cami no longer works there and refused to honor what I was told. After paying what they said I owed, I still received another bill. This whole experience has been frustrating and stressful. I wish I had paid more attention to the negative reviews before moving in. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I was applying for their sister apartment complex. The website link took me to Estates instead an i did not notice. I filled out my application and paid my application fee. I then called to find out it was the wrong place. I have left a voice mail and email the day of within the hour of noticing it was the wrong apartment complex. They wont give me back my application fee or even answer me!

Stayed here for 4 months. Had a ton of mold in the apartment. My wife was constantly sick. Lease break cost us 4500$. They also didn’t give us our deposit back because of water damage to the carpet caused by a faulty AC drain line and drywall that was damaged before we got there. The place should be shut down. If I could give zero stars I would. 1 star is too generous. Spend the extra couple 100 bucks and rent a place far away from this complex. Also they over charge you if you’re not section 8. We were paying 1300 and some change for a one bed one bath.

We had a wonderful tour. Cami was very welcoming and down to earth which made the experience fun. Apartment shopping can be stressful, so thank you Cami for making it enjoyable.
