  Had good experience, felt comfortable looking and talking to Kayla, that helps me with every process to get to the apartment I wanted. The communication was one of the best as well. Definitely recommend and a good neighborhood as well definitely recommend go with Kayla if your looking to get first apartment or a place to live in and all the other lady’s very polite to.

  Chloe at enclave is a gem! She made my move in process very easy and quick. She is very knowledgeable about the property and amenities they offer and can answer all your questions on the spot. The apartment was clean and ready for move in with everything working as promised.

  I lived at this apartment complex for one year, and my experience was very disappointing. When we first moved in, we were given a set rental amount. However, every month additional fees were added to our payments that were never clearly explained upfront. The total quickly became unaffordable, and management does not hesitate to increase your monthly charges. There are also no grace days for rent. If you do not pay on the 1st, you are immediately charged a $50 late fee. If your payment declines, they charge an additional $70 fee. There is very little flexibility or understanding shown toward residents. After moving out, I was charged $300 for utilities from the first two months of my lease. This was never explained at the beginning of the lease and was instead added to the end without proper clarification. They are also charging me $300 for a glazed bathtub that was peeling. I had already informed management about the issue and explained that no damage was done. The bathtub was simply painted, and peeling is common with painted tubs over time. On top of that, they claimed I was responsible for normal wear and tear on the carpet, which is unreasonable after living in an apartment for a year. Overall, management is inconsiderate and unreasonable when it comes to fees and charges. I strongly recommend that anyone considering living here carefully review all fees and policies before signing a lease. I would not recommend living here.

  If you want a place to live and feel comfortable, you need information just come to the enclave at eagle Creek apartments office you will find a very kind staffs and they are ready to understand you and get you what you want I am satisfied, I thank Miss Chloe is one of the staff who let me understand and I found my apartments, I like it,everything is good.
