    I had a scheduled tour which I confirmed last week and again today when I showed up for the tour I was told they don't do tours and I can watch a video online but the lady was too busy eating to show me anything

    I’ve lived here for 5 years now and I am just now having issues with getting things done in my apartment. I’ve had a huge mice problem this winter and it took them a month for maintenance to come and put 3 traps down after multiple follow up calls that I’ve had to make to them. While doing these follow up calls the maintenance lady was very rude she bickered with me & hung up in my face once I asked for corporates contact info. I then contacted corporate, I was told to leave a message on voicemail and someone would reach out to me, no one has done so. Since then the exterminator has pulled mice from up under my stove in my kitchen. Now I am fighting with them to get my windows and park door insulated and they are telling me put up plastic to my window and patio. They said they would call me back with info on if they can get the patio replaced, there has been no follow up calls ever. Whenever I call they rush me off the phone and with this team now being in office I have become a very unhappy resident. I pay my rent on time every month to live with mice and to be freezing cold in the winter from a huge draft that causing me to consistory be sick and for my aes bill to be extremely high from trying to get it warm in here.     Applied for an apartment and got no response for weeks. This apartment only acknowledged me after I called and asked them what is happening with my application and even they were confused why I got no follow up email or call. After wasting a good amount of time on this application I was denied despite making about 2700 dollars gross income a month with a credit score of about 800. Don't waste your time and money applying to this apartment. Waited weeks and could have been applying elsewhere instead of waiting on these apartments for nothing.
