In my living room alone, I currently have 10–12 broken blind panels. For context: • I have no kids • I have no pets • I do nothing more than open and close the blinds daily as intended So please explain how that many panels break under normal use. This is clearly cheap, low-quality material being installed, not tenant damage. What makes this worse is that I was charged a $60 repair fee for blinds that are obviously defective. If these blinds were actually worth $60—or made with any level of durability—they would not have broken this easily or this quickly. Charging residents for replacing poorly made fixtures feels less like maintenance and more like a money grab. Blinds are a standard apartment feature, not a luxury upgrade, and after paying over $33,000 in rent over two years, I shouldn’t be dealing with blinds that fall apart from normal daily use—let alone being charged for it. This situation raises serious concerns about: • The quality of materials used • Accountability for wear-and-tear • Fairness in repair charges I expect better maintenance standards and transparency for what residents are paying for. At this price point, basic items like blinds should not be this fragile, and tenants should not be penalized for manufacturer defects.

The maintenance staff is an A+ quality especially Dennis who is not only friendly but a professional with proficient expertise and an intelligent thinking individual that fixes problems with what I would say is minimal effort.

I went straight to management and begged them to go through their camera footage (a camera was pointed right at where it happened) and they refused, stating they only go through camera footage if the police asks for it?! I have never felt so unsafe, so unprotected, so violated. They could have chosen to do the right thing and help me get my car back, but they didn’t. This isn’t a law, it’s their own rules they made up to keep them from being liable. Do NOT move here. When you we in need, they will leave you at the side of the road. I even moved into another apartment before my lease was up because I was so terrified to sleep there. Look anywhere else.
