- AAAshton MK (Ash)Oct 1, 20251.0Ive lived here since 2021 and the company decided to do away with calling into the office to do work orders and make it to where you do it yourself online, my problem with this is i tried that in the past and the wrong thing gets dealt with so i personally prefer to set up maintenance requests on the phone since they understand the system better. Personally i have things i need a workorder done but probably wont deal with it. They also made renewals all online as well. With the amount that gets paid it shouldn't be this hard to do everything.

- DEDanielle EplerAug 26, 20195.0I lived in this apartment complex for two and a half years before moving away for a year long internship. I didnt think twice about moving back into this complex when I moved back to Indianapolis. The staff is very kind and helpful. The apartment is kept up nicely and they do a good job maintaining the grounds. The people who watch the pool are always very friendly and the mornings are generally a peaceful time to go. The kitchen and size of the apartment is reasonable for the price and I love having a washer/dryer in the building even if it isnt in my own apartment. While every apartment has the common apartment challenges (e.g., loud neighbors), I have been very happy at Thompson Village and they have gone above and beyond to make sure my time staying here has been great.
