They nickel and dime you for every single thing. My living room door handle was broken during a week long repair in the summer and during inspection maintenance had pulled it off himself and now im stuck paying for it. I called the collections manager on a Friday with no return call. Let me preface, when I came home from being in another aparment complex because of major plumbing issue in my aparment, my door handle was on the floor so I just picked it up and placed it back in where it was supposed to go. This was in June or July. It never once fell off until October when the inspection was completed.. what was I to know it needed completely replaced? They've worked on my locks prior as well and the handle was never pulled off. Then, we were given a notice on a Friday afternoon that Monday pest control would be in on Monday to do a spray and then we needed to leave for 4 hours after because the chemicals were dangerous to breathe. I left at noon and called the office at 4 to see if it had been completed it or not and I got told I dont know they can come between 9-5. I had to stay out of my aparment with my baby who was 3 months old until after 9PM .. and then when I get home my cabinets and drawers are still soaked with chemicals.. very unprofessional and hazardous to our health.
Otherwise, the maintenance team is great, the people (neighbors are great) and the property is well kept ! They just lack communication...

I’ve never experienced such a lack of empathy from an apartment management team. Residents at The Oasis Apartments were given a pest control notice on Friday afternoon for a Monday morning treatment, requiring us to empty kitchen cabinets, closets, and leave the apartment for FOUR HOURS afterward.
When I called to ask if the treatment could be done later in the day (since I work overnight and sleep during the day), I was told there was nothing they could do because it’s an “outside contractor.” No effort was made to find a reasonable solution.
I completely understand the need for pest control, but the way it was handled shows no consideration for residents’ schedules or basic communication. I’ve lived in other apartments, and I’ve never seen such short notice or such indifference

This is a horrible apartment. In a very hot summer, our air conditioning was not working for two weeks but they did not bother to fix it. They came and did some minor changes which didn’t fix the problem at all. Then i called them multiple times and Ashley literally told me in a rude tone that “your AC has not failed yet completely so we are figuring out what the problem is and we don’t know when the AC will be fixed”- how ridiculous is that. They provided an air cooler connected to the window as a temporary solution due to which we could not have blinds. And we had to suffer from strong sunlight and heat in morning. The whole summer was like that. On top of that, our personal property damage insurance have been opted out on the beginning of May (we confirmed from the insurance company) but they still didn’t waive our insurance. Do yourself a favor and don’t move in to this apartment. The staff try to avoid the residents and will not solve any of their problems.
