My sister has had no heat for over a week and NOTHING has been done. They haven't reached out to her. She paid rent on time EVERY month. They told her to go to a hotel at HER EXPENSE, 2 days after paying rent and they would take it off next month's rent. It's been a week and she still doesn't have heat. When this problem first occurred, she didn't have water nor heat. On the 3rd day, she called AES, they weren't aware of the issue of no electricity in her unit.
Where do I even start the meridian south apartments interior is very clean and afforadable for the space your getting. Thats before you actually sign the lease every problem known to man occurs. Before you move in they give you a sheet and tell you to go around the apartment and tell you things that need to be fixed. Not a lick of it has beenn touched since I moved in. Ive had maintenance orders requested since I moved in september and not a single one has been done and its January. Rather than fixing it and it still pending all of my requests are pending. The liquid in my dishwasher is now growing mold and they seem to not care. On top of my dishwasher issues I have 5 other maintenance requests ive submitted since moving in. With how large the complex is you would think they would have enough workers but I was told there was 3. I went to them weekly for two months and no progress was changed, I dont blame the agents mainly the managers. I would wish certain things would be told before you sign but I dont recommend living here, best option find another place even if its out your price range. You can't expect me to pay rent, when the thing im paying for isnt even worth the price im getting. They wont respond to what needs to be fixed but they fosho gon hit you up for that rent money. Whatever they respond under my comment (if they even respond to this) is bull. Truly them have 3.2 stars is edited and a scam. Notice how the people reviewing are only talking about the complex BEFORE they move in. All from my POV but everyone different.

I appreciate that my apartment is spacious and there are basic maintenance issues that needs to be addressed like with any larger complex. As a new resident i am disappointed that the majority of the leasing agent's are not really on top of their job in being kind,considerate, and efficient and informative about what is important to the tenant's. Why is it ok to be in a new apartment with no keys to your government mailbox but you are going to make sure that the rent get summoned. What about the billing for the bills that occurs. Your staff in the office are rude when the issue is brought to there attention. All but 2 agent's . Never once did i raise my voice. This should not be an issue in a property that is trying to achieve such high standards

Read all issues pointed by others from about two years ago, and you'll find the same or worse. A decently maintained exterior covers up for the lack of caring and interest from management. Do not bother to report an issue: it will take months to even acknowledge it, and fix it some additional months. Building interiors are disgusting (including laundry), useless fitness center, limited and poorly maintained laundry, lawless community of noisy neighbors and managers that could not care less. It does not worth your time, your money, your peace and your wellbeing. Oh, but timely reminders for payment...sure! Two or three times before due date.
