  Taylor at Meridian North was absolutely amazing! She got me as a surprise tour when I got sent over from Meridian South, showed me a unit, and answered all of my questions with a smile. I absolutely recommend reaching out to her if you're considering leasing with them.

  The mice and roach infestation is the main and most serious issue here, and management has failed to address it. In the last month alone, I have seen 20+ mice and roaches inside my apartment. They are in our blankets, on our couch, and throughout our living space. There are holes throughout the apartment, which clearly allow pests to enter, yet nothing has been properly sealed or fixed. Because of this, my partner—who has asthma—got sick, and I personally developed rashes on my face while living here. These are not cosmetic issues; this is a serious health concern. Despite reporting these problems and attempting to speak with management, we were ignored, and maintenance either does nothing or never fully resolves the issue. No one should have to live with rodents and roaches in their bedding or shared spaces. These conditions are unsanitary, unsafe, and unacceptable, especially for tenants with health conditions. I strongly advise anyone considering The Meridian South to look elsewhere. Maintenance is completely unreliable and nothing actually gets fixed. I have repeatedly tried to speak with management and was ignored. The hallways outside the apartments are consistently dirty and poorly maintained, showing a lack of care for the property overall. One of the worst experiences was being locked out of my bathroom for THREE days due to a maintenance issue that was not treated as urgent at all. For the amount of rent being charged, these living conditions are unacceptable. This place is stressful, unsanitary, and poorly managed. I strongly urge anyone considering moving here to look elsewhere. To this day not one of my maintenance requests has been resolved or even looked at. Ive attached even just a few pictures of the ones i saw just in the last two weeks
