  the worst staff they shut off my power for no reason when my bill was paid they didn’t do anything about it for two days i had kids and it was freezing worst apartments ever needs to be shut down

  I’ve had a love-hate relationship with the complex over the last 2+ years. But tonight really sent me over the edge and honestly, I don’t feel safe here anymore. I’ve had to call the police on three separate occasions while living here, almost all which could’ve been prevented by having locks on the exterior doors. Tonight somebody broke into the apartment next-door smashed through their patio window literally 10 feet away from my back door. Scared the crap out of me and I go to call the “ security phone number” from the list of emergency contacts they gave me when I moved in. This company says they don’t even service our complex anymore?? Not that we were notified about that, though lord knows they’re putting flyers on all of our doors when they actually want to get your attention about something. I then call the cops and let them know about the situation, but they can’t come out until they’re called by the management since I’m not the owner. I then call the office to get the courtesy number for After Hours which redirects me to some call center that says they can only handle maintenance emergencies and everything else they just pass on a message to the property staff the next day, no office staff on call at night at all other than emergency maintenance. I will say pros: the maintenance staff is amazing and prompt, i LOVE my neighbors, and the rent is cheap Cons: every time I’ve had to deal with the office staff has been a nightmare. No exterior locks, no security company, no one actually affiliated with the office that’s available After Hours. I’ve had my apartment flood three times in the two years I’ve lived here. And laughable plowing in the winter (didn’t even get to touch on the fact that I had to get knee surgery from a fall I had last winter on their property from not getting the ice cleared or salting promptly)

  Been here 4 years and have enjoyed every bit of it only thing I have problem is how bad traffic get my neighbors are great always and I never have maintenance issue but when I do they come always i can say my family have been enjoying our home here for years
