  This is trash 🗑 😒 that company ill never ever refer someone to rent any apt from that company first people had no respect and does apt very dirty. They want you to put on curtains and have bed bugs 😉 roaches and it even smelled.. its very expensive as well..

  Horrible mice infestation problem all they do is get someone to put bait boxes down which all know that it doesn't do anything. Mice have pooped in every area in the townhouse. They brought an inspector and literally was in the place for ten 10 seconds and told me someone will be here to put bait boxes saying "thats all they can do" it's so bad do not rent here this is a warning they do not care about there tenants what so ever. I can't wait for my lease to be over.

  Southport at Buck Creek is an amazing community! The staff is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents. Maintenance is on point and the property is well maintained and clean! The community feels safe and welcoming with great amenities. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

  For the price you pay, it's better to find something else. Management doesn't really get anything done. Here are a couple of examples: cars sit abandoned taking up spots, and you'll have to park in a different building lot. Snow plows cover the sidewalks after you shovel, and you see if the apartment can re-shovel so it's safer, but it doesn't get done. On the plus side, there are lots of cats in the area, and they are extremely cute.

  Diego from maintenance fixed 3 different things and was in and out within 10 minutes. Polite and professional. Super helpful
