  This place is super money hungry and integrity sucks. I used to live at this facility for six years pay my rent on time never caused any issue on the day that I moved out. They try to charge me $300 to re-glaze my kitchen countertops that was not brand new when I moved in their money, hungry they’re negotiable and I will never recommend a spot to anybody Now I have to pay $300 for countertops six years older just so I can get it off my record they wrongfully charged me and I am highly upset and I will never do business with the Edward Rose again they are money, hungry money hungry

  EDIT: The response from the owner proves my point. Ignored half of the review, with no way to contact them. STAY FAR AWAY The only viable internet package available is their internet. The alternative is AT&T, at 18MBps for $60 a month, which is an insane price. Despite this, anytime there is a power outage internet goes down FOR EVERYONE. The most recent outage was over 12 hours. When I asked the assistant manager for some sort of information at the 12 hour mark, she acted like I was being a pain. Industry standard is to have a UPS for even the most basic of networks. Also literal feces comes out of the ground at a predictable rate. They feel they have no obligation to guarantee it won't happen. Do not stay here, they do not care about their residents, conduct no preventative maintenance, even had squatters camping out here for months. From their own words, they "cannot guarantee your safety". I cannot tell you how many times I've heard that.
