- GTGerg TomNov 24, 20251.0EDIT: The response from the owner proves my point. Ignored half of the review, with no way to contact them. STAY FAR AWAY The only viable internet package available is their internet. The alternative is AT&T, at 18MBps for $60 a month, which is an insane price. Despite this, anytime there is a power outage internet goes down FOR EVERYONE. The most recent outage was over 12 hours. When I asked the assistant manager for some sort of information at the 12 hour mark, she acted like I was being a pain. Industry standard is to have a UPS for even the most basic of networks. Also literal feces comes out of the ground at a predictable rate. They feel they have no obligation to guarantee it won't happen. Do not stay here, they do not care about their residents, conduct no preventative maintenance, even had squatters camping out here for months. From their own words, they "cannot guarantee your safety". I cannot tell you how many times I've heard that.

Property manger and other office people act like they don’t know about it and still let you move in to these apartment. People around there are weird and the men over there are creepy. DO NOT OVER THERE. Broke my lease within the first day because of the roachs.
- VVVivíanOct 17, 20255.0The whole process was easy and smooth. TRULY AMAZING customer service. I moved in with my fiancé and it was so easy to just add him on as a roommate. The whole staff was so sweet and patient with me and any questions I had. Obviously there were minor stuff like getting maintenance done while we were moving in but they were pretty quick kind and efficient with it. Adriana was the one to get us checked in and made sure we had all our questions answered before moving in on the same day. She was so hyped and energetic def matched our energy and I was so there for it. Reassured us that this was the right place for us. And Omygosh they’re so much stuff to do around the area so that’s for sure a bonus. We absolutely love the apartment we ended up with, the view is just gorgeous!! Love that we get to have the view of the pond where we can catch and release. That was an amazing add on. Def recommend it here.
