Some issues I've seen is that trash tends to pile up around the dumpsters but is normally all gone by the next day. And there are a lot of lights in front of units that don't work so it can be dark if you are out walking your dog after dark.

Staff is absolutely uncaring and rude the moment you sign the lease and they put you in some nasty apartment. Forget about getting anything properly fixed since it is all about the $$ they will do anything to save a buck or two.

These apartments are not worth what they are asking at all they are old and not properly cleaned or inspected when a tenant moves out you’re stuck with their gunk and the manager does not care one bit. Nobody cares actually they just want to get paid and you can live breathing in mold from nasty old vents and bugs coming out onto your counter no matter how much you clean oh and did I mention rotten appliances straight from a horror movie. Maintenance will just put tape in stuff like they fixed it and move on. Stay far away from here.
