  Over the last few years, this apartment complex has declined significantly. What once felt comfortable and relatively peaceful has turned into an environment that feels chaotic and poorly managed. There are ongoing issues with disruptive behavior from certain residents. The hallways frequently smell like marijuana or accumulated trash, depending on the day. There’s a noticeable lack of enforcement when it comes to community standards, which affects the overall quality of living here. The one consistent positive has been Tiffany in the office and the maintenance team, especially Javier. They genuinely go above and beyond to address concerns and try to improve residents’ experiences. Their professionalism and effort are appreciated, even though many of the broader issues seem beyond their control. Recently, rent prices have dropped, likely due to low occupancy. While affordability can be a positive, it appears management has not been screening or maintaining standards in a way that protects the community atmosphere. As a result, the environment has become less peaceful and more disruptive over time. Summertime at the pool is particularly frustrating. Community rules are not enforced, and residents regularly smoke cigarettes and marijuana in shared spaces. This creates an uncomfortable experience for those who expect a clean, friendly, and respectful environment. Overall, the lack of enforcement, cleanliness, and consistent community standards has made this complex feel far different from what it once was. I would encourage prospective renters to carefully consider these factors before signing a lease.

  The Quarry is an excellent place to live. The amenities are great but what makes it even greater are the people like Tiffany, Javier, and Diana, who always greet me warmly every day and make me feel so happy to be home. The office staff is completely supportive, friendly and helpful and the entire maintenance team keeps the building and grounds in excellent condition and are super prompt and professional when addressing any needs. I highly recommend this community!

  Quarry at River North is a great place to live! The staff truly goes above and beyond while making your experience feel like home. They have taken the the time to get to know me and my family, genuinely care about your needs, and don’t treat you like just another number on a rent ledger. Tiffany, the leasing manager, is always super helpful when answering questions, helping resolve issues, or giving treats to my dogs. She is always smiling and welcoming whenever I stop by. Kaity, the property manager, has been great to work with and very supportive through my 3rd lease signing now. Javier and James from the maintenance team are fantastic. They consistently resolve issues quickly, and many times the same day, which makes a huge difference. Diana always ensures the property is super clean and takes luxurious to a whole new level. It looks and feels like a 5-star hotel. Overall, the staff here make it difficult to consider other places and the main reason I’m so happy living here. I highly recommend and I’ll probably never leave! :)

  I have been living at quarry for almost six years and I couldn’t be happier, the staff is absolutely amazing , from the entrance where Tiffany is welcoming you , always with a smile and ready to help you in whatever you need , she is so friendly and kind , I love her then we move to the office where Kaity and Naomi are , Kaity is the manager I honestly I can tell that she is one of the best managers ever , she is very kind , professional and it doesn’t matter the issue , it gets done so fast that I took me more to tell them that for them to fix it , Naomi , she has been here for some months and again , very friendly so sweet and professional , now the maintenance guys , omg !!! These guys, James , Javier and Gage can come to your apartment to change a lightbulb or to fix a big issue , one day my water heater was leaking , in mins , they were in my apartment, fixed it and then checked the week after to see how it was doing , it’s all the little details , everyone at the staff , they care about you . Also they are so professional, kind , friendly , and they not only take care of the things on your apartment, they take care of the all the things in the building , now Diana so sweet , friendly , she keeps the common areas and the building spotless . And you know what it’s best part about this fabulous team , they all always have a smile on their faces , they love what they are doing , you can feel it and that makes the big difference, here they care about you , I love them all and they are the reason that I have been here for all these years , also I love my apartment with my view to the lake .   From the moment I toured The Quarry Apartments, I knew this place was different — and my move-in experience completely confirmed it. Moving can be stressful, but Tiffany, the property manager, made the entire process feel effortless. From application to move-in day, she was organized, communicative, and genuinely excited to welcome me into the community. Every detail was handled ahead of time, expectations were clear, and there were zero surprises. When move-in day arrived, everything was ready, clean, and exactly as promised — which is rare and incredibly appreciated. Tiffany sets the gold standard for what property management should be. She is professional, responsive, approachable, and truly invested in her residents. Any question or concern is addressed quickly and thoughtfully, and you can tell she takes real pride in both the property and the people who live here. You never feel like “just another unit” — you feel genuinely welcomed and valued. The community itself is beautiful, quiet, and extremely well-maintained. The grounds are always clean, common areas are spotless, and maintenance is fast and efficient. Everything runs smoothly, and that doesn’t happen by accident — it’s a direct reflection of strong leadership. What really sets The Quarry apart is the sense of community Tiffany creates. Her communication is clear and proactive, and she fosters an environment where residents feel comfortable, respected, and at home. It’s the kind of management that makes apartment living feel easy and enjoyable. If you’re considering living in River North, I can’t recommend The Quarry Apartments enough. With Tiffany as property manager, you’re not just moving into an apartment — you’re moving into a well-run, welcoming community where people genuinely care. This is hands-down one of the best rental experiences in Indianapolis.
