- OROnya RileyAug 24, 20251.0I am not a tenant but delivered food to a resident earlier today and it was a total nightmare. Firstly, the elevator in the lobby does not work. The elevator door opens, but the buttons on the inside do not work. The customer lives on the 3rd floor so I had to take the stairs....bad idea. The door that opens to the hallway of the apartments is locked unless you are a resident. I literally banged on the door for 10 minutes hoping someone would let me in. Meanwhile, I'm messaging the customer to let her know what's going on and she never offered to come and open the door for me. I ended up calling 911 because I was trapped in a stairway! No one was in the parking garage either. It was like I was in a bad dream. Soon as the 911 operator answered, a resident heard me from the 4th floor and came down to open the door for me. He was even a little reluctant to help so I literally begged him to open the door so I could deliver the food. Next time I'm just gonna leave deliveries at the front door and take a picture of it. This was the worst Dasher experience I've ever had.

Annie and Sydney in the leasing office made the process so nice and fun! They were always willing to help me with any questions and made available time for me to look at the facility. They became friends throughout the process and were always there to help with anything needed!! I couldn't have done the move without them!!
